The online Kenya "e-Visa" is now mandatory since January 1, 2021 and will be requested upon boarding the plane to Kenya. The e-Visa is valid for tourist, business (90 days maximum) or transit (48 hours) travel. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of arrival in Kenya. Once issued, you must enter Kenya with the authorization within 90 days. The validity of the visa will then start from the date of your arrival in the country, not the date of issue of the e-Visa.
